Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st November 2024

At SPPS Fly High Edutech Pvt Ltd., we strive to provide quality education through our online and offline programs, recorded sessions, physical course materials, and third-party EdTech platform integrations. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.

General Policy

  • 1.1. By enrolling in our courses or purchasing our materials, users agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • 1.2. Refund eligibility varies based on the type of service purchased.

Cancellation and Refund for Online Courses (Recorded & LMS Access)

  • 2.1. Self-paced Recorded Sessions & LMS Access: Once purchased, these courses are non-refundable as they provide instant access to proprietary content.
  • 2.2. If technical issues prevent access, users must report within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds will only be considered if our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • 2.3. If a duplicate transaction occurs, users must notify us within 7 days, and the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Cancellation and Refund for Offline Coaching Classes

  • 3.1. Cancellation Before Course Start: Full refunds will be issued if a request is made at least 7 days before the course commencement.
  • 3.2. Cancellation After Course Start: Refunds will be considered on a prorated basis within the first 7 days of the course. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.
  • 3.3. If Go Educated cancels a course, a full refund will be provided.

Refund for Physical Course Materials

  • 4.1. Course materials can be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original condition.
  • 4.2. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • 4.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Policy for API-Based Third-Party EdTech Platforms

  • 5.1. Courses purchased via our partnered platforms (Cudoo, Edusity, Coursera, Unicredits, AiCerts, etc.) are subject to the respective platform’s refund and cancellation policies.
  • 5.2. SPPS Fly High Edutech Pvt Ltd. is not responsible for processing refunds for courses purchased through these third-party integrations. Customers should directly contact the respective platform for refund inquiries.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

  • 6.1. Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • 6.2. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and may lead to account suspension.

Processing of Refunds

  • 7.1. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited via the original mode of payment within 14 business days from approval.
  • 7.2. Customers will receive an email confirmation once a refund is processed.
