She brings 18 years of professional experience in Mumbai, where she worked closely with renowned Producer, Director and Writer Shri Ravi Rai and Shri Anand L. Rai, serving as an Accountant-cum-Financial Controller. During this tenure, she developed strong expertise in financial control, accounting operations, budgeting, financial documentation, reporting, and overall financial administration, while gaining valuable exposure to the financial and operational management of professional organisations.

As an entrepreneur, Punitha currently manages proprietary business ventures under the trade name CPA Nadars Enterprises.
