• Platform: Our website, LMS, mobile apps, or third-party integrated platforms used to deliver our services.
• Third-Party EdTech Platforms: Cudoo, Edusity, Coursera, Unicredits, AiCerts, or any other platform integrated via API.

Eligibility

• Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
• We reserve the right to deny access to any user at our discretion.

Use of Services

• Users must not misuse the platform, including unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale of content.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
• Access to recorded sessions is granted for personal use only and cannot be redistributed.
• Physical course materials are for individual use and cannot be copied or resold.

Account Registration & Security

All content, including text, videos, course materials, and branding, is owned by SPPS Fly High Edutech Pvt Ltd. or licensed from third parties. Users may not modify, copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-Party API Integrations

We provide access to third-party educational content through API integrations. Go Educated Private Limited is not responsible for the content, pricing, refund policies, or terms of third-party platforms. By enrolling in third-party courses, users agree to abide by their respective terms and policies.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for course delivery or legal obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties
