SPPS Fly High Edutech Pvt Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality educational services and course materials to students through both online and offline modes. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions of delivering physical and digital course materials.

Online Course and Course Materials Delivery

For students opting for online courses and digital course materials, the delivery will be facilitated through our platform using API integrations with third-party EdTech service providers, including but not limited to:

  • Cudoo
  • Edusity
  • Coursera
  • Unicredits
  • AiCerts

Once access to online course materials is granted, it is deemed as delivered, and no cancellation or refund shall be permitted.

Physical Course Material Delivery

Students who opt for physical course materials can choose from the following delivery options:

  • Home Delivery:
    – If a student opts to receive course materials at their doorstep, shipping charges will apply in addition to the cost of the materials.
    – The estimated delivery time and cost will be communicated at the time of purchase.
    – Deliveries will be handled by third-party logistics partners.
    – The Company is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics.
  • In-Person Collection:
    – Students can collect their physical course materials directly from our designated training center at no additional shipping cost.
    – A valid receipt or order confirmation must be presented at the time of collection.

Delivery Timeline

  • Online Courses: Immediate access upon successful payment and enrollment.
  • Physical Course Materials: Standard processing time is 2–5 business days, with shipping taking an additional 5–10 business days depending on location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the delivery address, weight, and size of the package. The exact cost will be displayed at the time of checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees for international shipments shall be borne by the student.

No Cancellation and No Refund Policy

  • Once online course materials have been delivered via our platform, no cancellations or refunds shall be entertained.
  • For physical course materials, cancellations or changes to an order are only permitted before the shipping process begins. Once shipped, no cancellations or refunds shall be granted.
  • If the course materials are received in a damaged condition, the student must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photographic evidence to request a replacement.
